dmxking edmx2 pro and dot2 onpc

looking for some help getting dmxking configured to accept the software my artnet shows up 0.0.0.0. and cant find for project
Is the problem dot2 does not output dmx?
Is the problem bomac does not input dmx into dot2?
Does the device and your pc have a correct Art-Net IP Adress in Range 2.0.0.0/8 or 10.0.0.0/8 ?
